  • The Global Youth Economic Development Summit is an initiative by the Youth Council for Emerging Economies (YCEE) aimed at encouraging young minds to devise innovative solutions to address the economic challenges faced by emerging economies.

  • To register for the summit, visit our registration page and fill in the necessary details. Once registered, you will be able to submit your proposal report, as well as receive all updates and information related to the summit.

  • No, there is no registration fee. Our aim is to encourage maximum participation and make the summit accessible to all interested individuals.

  • Teams for the case study competition can consist of one to four members. We encourage collaboration, but if you prefer to work independently, individual submissions are also accepted. Please note that only up to three submissions per team is allowed, regardless of team size.

  • Each team will work on case studies centered around economic challenges in emerging economies. Teams will work on a comprehensive report or video based on their chosen case study. The top teams will then be invited to present their solutions to a panel of expert judges at the summit in a brief presentation.

  • Participants will gain invaluable experience in problem-solving, teamwork, and presenting, as well as deepening their understanding of economic development in emerging economies. There are also various opportunities to network with industry professionals, ranging from successful entrepreneurs to economists. Additionally, this is a unique opportunity to make a global impact and add a significant achievement to your college applications or resume.
